Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Goodmon serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the A.J. Fletcher Foundation.

He joined Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. in 1968 and has been its CEO since 1979. He serves on numerous other boards, including the Fletcher Academy School of Achievement, Capitol Broadcasting Company, the Dorothea Dix Park Conservancy, and Leadership Triangle.

He has received many outstanding honors and awards and has been recognized by the community, the broadcasting industry, and the State of North Carolina.
