Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer

Mr. McGrath serves as Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Board.

He is the Chief Financial Officer of Capitol Broadcasting Company, joining in 2003. Prior to that, he served as CFO for a venture-backed software company, and as Vice President of Finance for a $200 million technology and systems integration company, each in metropolitan Washington, D.C.

He has worked for Price Waterhouse in both Raleigh and Washington, specializing principally in audit and IPO services for growth-oriented technology companies in the software, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries.

Dan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and is active in several Triangle area charitable and civic organizations.
