Director of Operations and Grants Administration


Natalie serves a critical role at AJF managing office administration, planning events, and providing direct support to the Executive Director and grants administration process.

Prior to joining AJF, Natalie worked at MDC in Durham where she supported the Partners for Postsecondary Success initiative, managed logistics for the initiative’s annual learning institute and monitored grant expenditures. She has also worked for a local pharmaceutical company, managing office up-fits & expansions, and a fiber-optic company where she was Executive Assistant to the CEO.

When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find her traveling or sharing meals with her friends and extended family.
