Did you know it’s the 15th annual National Mentoring Month? We want to celebrate the many individuals in our communities who give back every day by mentoring someone. We also want to recognize several of our partner organizations who provide quality mentoring opportunities to connect more of our community’s young people with caring adults.

Why is mentorship so important? Mentoring builds relationships that pay off for everyone involved. Having a mentor empowers young people to make better decisions and is linked to improved academic, social, and economic outcomes. Mentoring delivers real-life impact in a personal and meaningful way.

Are you a mentor? Are you looking to become a mentor? Partner with one of these organizations to work one-on-one with a young person to provide guidance and be a part of a dependable support network. Every child should have someone to turn to- join the movement and mentor in real life.
