Director of Operations and Grants Administration
Natalie serves a critical role at Fletcher Foundation in managing office administration, planning events, and providing direct support to the Executive Director and grants administration process. Prior to joining AJF, she worked at MDC in Durham where she supported the Partners for Postsecondary Success initiative, managing logistics for the initiative’s annual learning institute and monitoring grant expenditures. She has also worked for a local pharmaceutical company, managing office up-fits and expansions, and a fiber optic company where she was Executive Assistant to the CEO. When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find her traveling or sharing meals with her friends and extended family.
